Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou konstrukce plastové vestavby do nákladního prostoru užitkového vozidla, svařováním plastů a pevnostní analýzou dané konstrukce. Cílem práce je navrhnout svařovanou konstrukci pro čištění kanalizací a odpadů dle požadavků výrobce. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a část aplikační. V teoretické části jsou popsány polymerní materiály a jejich výroba, zpracování a svařování termoplastů. Aplikační část se věnuje přímo konstrukci, popisu funkčnosti, pevnostním výpočtům a přepravě vestavby uvnitř vozidla. Výpočty jsou provedeny na základě požadovaných proměnných podmínek daných výrobcem. Konstrukční uzly jsou řešeny pro nejvyšší možné namáhání, které může při těchto podmínkách nastat. Výpočty jsou provedeny numerickou metodou a ověřeny pomocí pevnostní analýzy v programu Autodesk Inventor 2023.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the construction of a plastic superstructure for the cargo compartment of a commercial vehicle, plastic welding, and the strength analysis of the structure. The aim of the thesis is to design a welded structure for cleaning sewage and waste according to the manufacturer's requirements. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and an application part. The theoretical part describes polymer materials and their production, processing, and welding of thermoplastics. The application part focuses directly on the construction, describing the functionality, strength calculations, and transportation of the superstructure inside the vehicle. The calculations are performed based on the required variable conditions given by the manufacturer. Structural nodes are solved for the highest possible stress that may occur under these conditions. The calculations are performed by a numerical method and verified using a strength analysis in Autodesk Inventor 2023 software.
