Abstract:
Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat právní úpravu smlouvy o vkladovém účtu v českém právním řádu. Je zde uveden rozdíl mezi smlouvami o vkladových účtech dle Obchodního zákoníku a úpravou vkladů dle Občanského zákoníku. The main purpose of this study is to analyze legal form of deposit account contract in the czech legal order. This text deals with the difference between deposit account contract in the Commercial code and the one in the Civil code.
