Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj pojmu koncepce restaurování, zejména ve vztahu ke kamenosochařským dílům umístěným v exteriéru, a obecněji k nemovitým kulturním památkám. Seznamuje s různými pohledy na chápání tohoto pojmu, jeho užíváním ve vybrané literatuře, a to jak z historického hlediska, tak v pracích jednotlivých autorů. Analýza literatury a památkové legislativy slouží jako podklad pro diskusi směřující k definici pojmu koncepce restaurování a jejích náležitostí pro současnou památkovou praxi. Druhá část práce je věnována komplexnímu restaurátorskému zásahu na soše sv. Jana Nepomuckého u kostela sv. Jana Křtitele Na Prádle, na Malé Straně v Praze. Restaurátorský zásah je představen ve formě zkrácené restaurátorské zprávy, která obsahuje průzkum a jeho vyhodnocení, stanovenou koncepci restaurování a záznam postupu provedených prací, včetně použitých technologií.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the development of the czech specific term concept of restoration, particularly in relation to stone sculptures located outdoors, and more generally to immovable cultural heritage. It acquaints the reader with possible perspectives on understanding the term, its usage in literature, both from a historical standpoint and in the work of individual authors. The analysis of literature and heritage legislation provides a basis for the discussion aimed at defining the concept of restoration and its attributes. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to a restoration intervention carried out on the statue of St. John of Nepomuk near the Church of St. John the Baptist in Prague. The restoration intervention is presented in the form of a structured restoration report and includes an examination of the artwork, the established restoration concept, a record of the procedures undertaken, including the technologies used.
