Abstract:

Obsahem mé bakalářské práce jsou analýzy náboru zaměstnanců z vnějšího prostředí a posouzení vyčlenění vedlejší činnosti z podniku. V teoreticko-metodologické části se zabývám okolím podniku, outsourcingem, jeho výhodami, nevýhodami, důvody pro vyčlenění činnosti, legislativními podmínkami apod. Další část je věnována personálním agenturám, důvodům jejich využití, jejich výhodám i nevýhodám, legislativním opatřením, službám, které poskytují a kritériím, podle kterých správně agenturu vybrat. Na konci teoretické oblasti jsou rozebírány ostatní možnosti rekrutování zaměstnanců z vnějšího prostředí podniku, jako jsou např. inzerce, úřady práce, apod. V aplikační části kvantifikuji nákladovost vlastních zaměstnanců v mzdovém a finančním účetnictví a ve fakturaci. Tyto propočty následně komparuji s náklady při zprostředkovaném zaměstnání či vyčlenění činnosti mimo podnik. V poslední části práce jsou přílohy, na jejichž výběr jsem kladla velký důraz.

Abstract:

My bachelor work describes ways how a company can recruit new employees from the outside and the possibility how to outsource non-core activities. In the theoretical part, I deal with the company´s surroundings, outsourcing, it´s advantages, disadvantages, it´s reasons, legislative conditions etc. The next part deals with personal agencies, reasons for using them, advantages and disadvantages, services provided by them, criteria which should be used during a selection of the agency and legal conditions. In the end of the theoretical part there is a description of other possibilities of recruitming from the outside, such as advertising, employment bureau etc. The practical part deals with calculations related to costsingness of the company´s own employees working at the wage department, financial bookkeeping departement and at the invoicing department. These calculations are compared to the costs invoiced by personal agencies and to costs on outsourced activities. I also paid attention to the proper selection of enclosures.
