Predmetom záujmu diplomovej práce bol pomerne nedávno objavený „ricin B-like“ lektín ABRLP1 pochádzajúci zo šampiňónu. Hlavným cieľom práce bola optimalizácia produkcie rekombinantného proteínu ABRLP1 v hostiteľskom bakteriálnom organizme, jeho následná purifikácia a charakterizácia.
