Abstract:
Táto práca pojednáva o porušení práv z duševného vlastníctva v súvislosti s nekalou súťažou. V prvej časti práce je stručne rozobratá úprava nekalej súťaže v českom právnom poriadku, v nasledujúcej časti sú charakterizované práva duševného vlastníctva a ich vzťah k nekalej súťaži. V záverečnej časti sú uvedené prostriedky ochrany a návrhy na zlepšenie právnej úpravy.
