The Effect of Religious Conversion on the Extraversion or the Introversion

Abstract:

Rozlišení typů osobnosti na introverty a extraverty podle C. G. Junga bylo v minulosti velmi populární a je dodnes. Toto rozlišení bylo přejímáno mnoha autory. Nejznámějšími autory, kteří tuto teorii přejali jsou autorky dotazníku MBTI Isabela Briggs Myers a Katharina Cook Briggs. Tato práce se zabývá zjištěním typu osobnosti podle C. G. Junga a zjištěním konverze a náboženského prožívání u vybraného vzorku českých praktikujících křesťanů. Na základě tohoto zjištění je vyjádřen vztah mezi introverzí, extraverzí, náboženskou konverzí a náboženským prožíváním. Cílem je posoudit, do jaké míry ovlivňuje náboženská konverze typ osobnosti člověka a jestli má nějaký typ sklon více ke konverzi a jiný méně, případně jak jednotlivé typy osobnosti svou víru prožívají. Práce dospívá k tomu, že skutečně existuje vztah mezi introverzí, extraverzí, náboženskou konverzí a náboženským prožíváním respondentů.

Abstract:

Original resolution of personality types on introverts and extraverts by C. G. Jung was in the past very popular and still is. This resolution was assumed by many authors. The best known authors who have taken up the theory are the authors of well known MBTI questionnaire Isabel Briggs Myers and Katharine Cook Briggs. This work deals with determining the type of personality according to C. G. Jung and determining the religious conversion and how the sample of Czech practicing Christians experiences the faith. The aim of this work is to assess how much the religious conversion influences the type of human personality. If one type tends to convert more often than the other and how much the personality types influences religious experiencing. This work comes to the fact that there is indeed a relationship between introversion, extraversion, religious conversion and how respondents experience their religion.
