Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit a vyhodnotit podnikatelský plán na chov ovcí. Nejprve je charakterizována struktura podnikatelského plánu a jsou vymezena specifika pro podnikání v oblasti zemědělství. Následně je představen podnikatelský záměr a provedené analýzy podnikatelského prostředí, které jsou východiskem pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu. The aim of the diploma thesis is to compile and evaluate a business plan for sheep farming. First, the structure of the business plan is characterized and the specifics for business in the field of agriculture are defined.
