Tato práce pojednává o současné podobě referenda v České republice, a to na úrovni celostátní, krajské a místní. V úvodu se zabývá demokracií jako takovou a blíže specifikuje především nástroje demokracie přímé. Z historického kontextu postupně přechází v popis referenda v současné podobě. This work discusses the current form of referendum in Czech Republic, videlicet on the national, regional and local level. The introduction includes the matter of democracy itself and further specifies particularly the tools of direct democracy. The describtion of referendum goes gradually from historical context to the current form. It further analyses all its forms and introduces the whole process …more
