Modern trends in teaching of vocational training

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám tvorbou učebních pomůcek, které lze použít při vyučování odborných předmětů. Tyto pomůcky jsou určeny k výuce studentům 1. ročníku oboru Kadeřník na Střední škole hotelnictví a služeb a Vyšší odborné škole v Opavě, na téma "barvení řas a obočí, formování obočí" a to z důvodu nedostatečnosti těchto výukových materiálů. V základní části jsem se snažila stručně zachytit teorii vyučovacího procesu, osobnost učitele, moderní metody ve výuce odborného výcviku a tvorbu učebních pomůcek. Cílem bylo sestavení jednoduchého učebního textu s tematickým celkem, barvení řas a obočí, doplněné fotografiemi, pro lepší představivost, kdy každá tato kapitola obsahuje jednoduchý popis s pracovním postupem barvení obočí, řas a formování tvaru obočí. Na základě učebního textu, krátké prezentace a použití moderních výukových metod jsem chtěla zefektivnit výuku, tak aby zábavnou formou bylo dosaženo výchovně vzdělávacích cílů výuky jak kognitivních, afektivních tak psychomotorických dovedností žáků, na dané téma.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of teaching aids (tools) that can be used for teaching vocational subjects.These aids(tools) are intended to teach first-year Hairstylist students at the Secondary School of Hospitality Industry and Services and the Higher Professional School in Opava, on topic "eyelashes and eyebrows coloring, eyebrow shaping" because of the insuficiency of these teaching materials. In the main part I tried to briefly describe the theory of teaching proces, personality of teacher, modern methods in teaching vocational subject and creating teaching aids(tools). The aim of this thesis was to create a simple textbook with a thematic unit, eyelashes and eyebrows coloring, supplemented with photos, for a better imagination, where each chapter contains a simple description with a working procedure of coloring eyebrows, eyelashes and eyebrow shape shaping. Based on the textbook, short presentation and the use of modern teaching methods, I wanted to streamline teaching so that the educational objectives of teaching cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills of students on a given topic were achieved in an entertaining learning way.
