Effective recruitment strategy: A case study

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Efektivní náborová strategie: Případová studie“ je analyzovat vybranou náborovou strategii v konkrétním pod-niku. V první části práce jsou představena teoretická východiska a re-levantní studie z oblasti náboru, techniky doporučení zaměstnance a pracovní spokojenosti. V empirické části je prezentována metodologie výzkumu a výsledky provedeného šetření, které jsou následně analy-zovány a zhodnoceny. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na možné další studie a také doporučení pro daný podnik.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis „Effective recruitment strategy: Case study“ is to analyse recruitment strategy in a selected company. The first part is focused on the introduction of theoretical background and relevant researches conducted about recruitment, employee referral and job satisfaction. The next part presents methodology of the re-search and shows the results of conducted research. The results are subsequently analysed and evaluated. At the end of the thesis, there are proposals for further researches and recommendations for company's practises.
