Bakalářská práce se zabývá povinnostmi plátce daně z přidané hodnoty. Cílem je zjistit, kdy je dobrovolná registrace k dani z přidané hodnoty pro podnikatele výhodná a kdy nikoli. The bachelor thesis deals with the obligations of the payer of value added tax. The goal is to figure out when it is voluntary registration for value added tax to the entrepreneurs advantageous and when not. The first part contains a literature review focusing on the value added tax in the Czech republic.
