V tejto našej bakalárskej práci priblížime problematiku manažovania v oblasti poisťovníctva. V úvode práce sa zameriame na vysvetlenie základných pojmov manažmentu a poisťovníctva. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať a zhodnotiť súčasné trendy v manažovaní komerčných poisťovní. Následne porovnať portfólio dvoch vybraných komerčných poisťovní.
