Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem imunosenzoru pro stanovení patogenní bakterie Melissococcus plutonius, způsobující hnilobu včelího plodu. Stanovení je prováděno prostřednictvím sendvičového imunokomplexu vytvořeného na povrchu elektrody. This bachelor thesis deals with developing immunosensor to use for detection of pathogenic bacteria Melissococcus plutonius (originator of European foulbrood). Measurement is realized through sandwich immunocomplex created on the surface of an electrode.
