Tax reform in the CR

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je napsána na téma Daňová reforma v ČR. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou zaznamenány a shrnuty nejdůležitější daňové reformy od jejich historického vývoje v roce 1918 až po současnost. Zároveň je v této části práce daň charakterizována, je zde uveden její popis a vlastnosti. Jádrem práce je reforma důchodové daně jako jedné z nejvýznamnějších reforem v České republice v roce 2008. Práce se zaměřuje především na daň přímou, konkrétně na daň z příjmů fyzických osob. Praktická část zjišťuje dopady této reformy na veřejné příjmy státu, a to s použitím metody komparace lineární a progresivní daně. Na praktických příkladech je aplikován výpočet těchto dvou zcela odlišných daňových linií. Následným porovnáním výsledných hodnot je tak možno vidět rozdíl ve výběru daní do veřejných příjmů při použití obou způsobů zdanění. Jsou zde popsány i další možné aspekty, které mohou tento výběr daně ovlivnit. V závěru je zřejmé, jaké důsledky měla reforma důchodové daně na veřejné příjmy v České republice.

Abstract:

This bachelor pursuit is written on theme TAX REFORM in Czech republic. In theoretic-metodologic part there are mentioned and summarized the most important tax reforms from their historical progress since yoear 1918 till present days. In mean time in this part of pursuit there is tax characterized, with its full descriptrion and attributes. Principal of pursuit is concetraded to reform of assessment of income as one of the most important reforms in Czech republic the 2008. Pursuit is focused mainly to direct tax, concretly to tax of income of physical subjects. Practical part of pursuit checks inpacts of this reform to public revenues of state by using of method of comparisom of linear and progressive tax. On base of practical examples there is applied calculation of these two totaly different tax lines. On base next comparisom of results values there is visible difference in withdrawall of taxes to public incomes in using of both ways of taxation. Here are described next possible aspects what can have influence of withdrawall of taxes. From resume there is apparent what inpacts this reform of assessment of income on public revenues in Czech republic.
