Abstract:
Práce se zabývá druhou tetralogií historických her Williama Shakespearea (jmenovitě Richard II, Jindřich IV a Jindřich V) z hlediska vymezení žánru historických her, použitých zdrojů pro jejich psaní a zejména jejich srovnání s historickou skutečností, tak jak ji zaznamenávala Holinshedova kronika, za vykreslení politické situace v alžbětinské Anglii.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with a study of the second historical tetralogy by William Shakespeare (namely the plays Richard II, Henry IV and Henry V) from the point of view of the genre and comparison with the sources, especially Holinshed, under the depiction of social and political background in Elizabethan era.
