Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá trendy v elektronickém obchodování na B2C trhu. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit současné trendy v oblasti e-commerce na B2C trhu. Práce je zaměřena na zákazníky i podnikatele a to hlavně v odvětví služeb. The bachelor thesis deals with trends in e-commerce in the B2C market. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to present current trends in e-commerce in the B2C market. The work is focused on customers and entrepreneurs, especially in the service sector.
