Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou DNA origami. V rešeršní části práce jsou popsány různé přístupy přípravy a analýzy nanostruktur na bázi DNA. Rovněž jsou zmíněny hlavní oblasti využití těchto nanostruktur. The present bachelor's thesis is focused on the method of DNA origami. The literature survey part of the work overviews the main approaches to self-assembled DNA nanostructures and describes the common methods of their visualization and analysis.
