For my diploma thesis, I choose theme “Trade secret“, because I consider it overlooked in professional law literature. Main mission of this thesis is to analyze name of trade secret according to lawful regulation and the case law. Pre svoju diplomovú prácu som si vybrala tému “Obchodné tajomstvo“, pretože ju v odbornej literatúre považujem za prehliadnutú. Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať pojem obchodné tajomstvo podľa zákonnej úpravy s využitím judikatúry.
