Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh nového způsobu balení a skladování výrobků ve společnosti Kern-Liebers CR spol. s r. o. První část práce popisuje logistiku, logistický systém, logistický řetězec, výrobní logistiku, reverzní logistiku, skladování a balení. V metodice práce byl popsán vývojový diagram, experiment a klimatická komora. V další části práce byla provedena analýza současného stavu skladování a balení výrobků, na jejímž základě bylo provedeno testování v komoře Memmert CTC. Testovány byly vzorky dílu Federsegment 86 00004P00202, který měl za poslední dva roky nejvyšší počet reklamovaných dílů. Z měření v klimatické komoře vyplynulo, že problém vzniká nevhodným balením a skladováním dílu. Následně byl stejným způsobem testován nový typ sáčků. Na závěr je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení a na jeho základě navržené používání nového typu sáčků (VCI sáčky).

Abstract:

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to propose a new way of product packaging and warehousing within the company Kern-Liebers CR. The first part of this thesis provides a description of logistics, logistics system, logistics chain, product logistics, reverse logistic, warehousing and packaging. Flowchart, experiment and climate chamber were described in the thesis methodology. Next part of the thesis brings an analysis of the current state of product warehousing and packaging, based on which a testing in the climate chamber Memmert CTC was made. In particular, Federsegment 86 00004P00202 product samples were tested, as the specific part had the highest rate of returns in the past two years. Measurements conducted in the climatic chamber indicated that the problem arises from unsuitable packaging and warehousing of the part. A new type of bag was therefore tested under identical conditions. In the conclusion of this thesis, a technical-economic evaluation is made and, usage of a new type of bag (VCI bags) is recommended based on the data.
