Mechanical properties of solder joint
Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na používané zkoušky pro zjištění mechanických vlastností pájeného spoje. Dále v této práci jsou popsány nejčastěji používané testy pájených spojů. Hlavní částí této bakalářské práce je návrh a realizace experimentu pro změření mechanické pevnosti pájeného spoje v závislosti na pájecím profilu.
Abstract:
Presented bachelor´s theses is focused on tests being used to determine mechanical qualities of solder joint. This theses also describes the most commonly used tests of solder joints. Crucial part of this bachelor´s theses is proposal and implementation of experiment for measuring solder joint´s mechanical strength according to solder profile.
