Diplomová práce se zabývá érou tzv. II. Československé republiky, nepříliš dlouhým obdobím v moderních dějinách našeho státu (1. 10. 1938 – 14. 3. 1939). Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části: v první je naznačen historický vývoj, zmíněna je změna názvu státu a soudobý stav ústavní listiny z února 1920. This diploma thesis deals with the Second Czechoslovak Republic, a quite short period in the modern history of our state (1938/10/01 – 1939/03/14).
