The purchasing process of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) product at Medsol s.r.o.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat analýzou procesu prodeje automatizovaných externích defibrilátorů ve firmě Medsol s.r.o. Cílem práce bude prostřednictvím customer journey identifikovat body kontaktu mezi firmou a zákazníkem a identifikovat body, kde může záchranná služba nejvhodněji vstupovat a dělat "osvětu", aby ochota firem zakoupit přístroje AED a následně se i připojit k Registru AED byla vyšší. S využitím map customer journey a pomocí obsahové analýzy rozhovorů se subjekty, které již přístroje zakoupily, a se zástupci společnosti a záchranné služby, a zároveň analýzou vybraných případových studií bude vytvořen návrh řešení, který povede ke zlepšení prodejního procesu produktu AED ve firmě Medsol s.r.o. Na základě identifikace nákupního procesu budou vytvořeny mapy customer journey, kde budou zaznamenány i vstupy záchranné služby. Výsledná mapa customer journey ukáže body kontaktu, kde by bylo potřeba zlepšení interakce jak ze strany společnosti, tak i záchranné služby. Díky zapojení záchranné služby do prodejního procesu může být práce využita ke zlepšení informovanosti zákazníků o přístrojích AED a jejich využití.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis will deal with the analysis of the sales process of automated external defibrillators in the company Medsol s.r.o. The aim of the work is to identify points of contact between the company and the customer through a customer journey and identify points where the rescue service can best enter and "enlighten" so that the willingness of companies to buy AEDs and then join the AED Register gets higher. Using maps of the customer journey and content analysis of interviews with entities that have already purchased the devices, and with representatives of the company and ambulance, as well as analysis of selected case studies, a solution proposal will be created that will improve the AED product sales process at Medsol s.r.o. Based on the identification of the purchasing process, customer journey maps will be created and the inputs of the ambulance will also be recorded. The resulting customer journey map will show points of contact where there would be a need to improve interaction from both the company and the ambulance. Thanks to the involvement of the rescue service in the sales process, the work can be used to improve customer awareness of AED devices and their use.
