Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je výstavba a zřízení Wellness pensionu, jeho podnikatelský záměr. Teoretická část této práce definuje střední podnik, popisuje jeho výhody a nevýhody, specifikuje podnikatelský záměr a jeho strukturu. V praktické části je navržen a zpracován podnikatelský záměr výstavby a zřízení Welness pensionu včetně strategie rozvoje podniku.

The aim of this work is construction and establishment of Wellness pension its business plan. The theoretical part of this work defines a medium-sized company, characterizes advantages and disadvantages of small company. There is specified a business plan and its structures.
