Abstract:
Práce se zabývá významem manažerského účetnictví, jeho principy a metodami s důrazem na využití informací získaných ze systému manažerského účetnictví v řízení po linii výkonů, zejména pak pro účely kalkulací. Na problém je neprve nahlíženo z teoretické hlediska, poté jsou uvedené poznatky aplikovány na problém konkrétní firmy.
Abstract:
The paper deals with management accouning importancy, its principles and methods, especially in terms of usage of information extracted from the management accounting system for product oriented management, particularly for purposes of costing. The problem is at first viewed from the theoretical point and then the knowledge is applied on a real problem that occured in a company.
