V této bakalářské práci je popsána a řešena problematika kriminalistické metody, kterou je ohledání místa činu. Práce vysvětluje pojem ohledání, uvádí jeho význam, druhy a zásady. Kromě popisu a charakteristiky místa činu zahrnuje také jeho ohledání, a to včetně používané metodiky a taktiky. In the thesis, the problematic of forensic science which is the crime scene investigation is described and dealt with. The thesis explains the therm of examination, states its meaning, types and principles. In addition of the description and characterization, it also contains the examination including the methodology and tactics used.
