Abstract:
Cílem této práce je navrhnout projekt na zřízení domova pro seniory na Karvinsku. Teoretickými východisky jsou rozbor podniku, podnikání, podnikatelského plánu a sociálních služeb. Analytický oddíl praktické části tvoří analýza okolí pomocí analytických nástrojů jako PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Abstract:
The aim of this work is to design a project to establish a home for the elderly in Karviná district. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of enterprise, entrepreneurship, business plan and social services in the Czech Republic.
