Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pesticidů, jejich využíváním v zemědělství, konkrétními typy aplikovanými v ČR, a také jejich vlivem na životní prostředí a necílové organismy. This thesis examines the role of pesticides in agriculture. Specifically, pesticides used in agriculture in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the effect of pesticides on the environment is investigated. Furthermore, an analysis of Comet assay methodology, used to detect DNA damage, has been conducted.
