The concept of costs in financial and management accounting

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá charakteristikou manažerského a finančního účetnictví. Dále jsou v práci vymezeny jejich hlavní rozdíly. Tyto rozdíly se týkají například odlišných pohledů interního a externího uživatele. Dále jsou v práci rozebrány náklady v manažerském a finančním účetnictví. Je zde věnován velký úsek charakteristice nákladů v jednotlivých pohledech a dále také ukázáno prolínání a jednotlivé příklady nákladů. Na tyto zmíněné části navazuje oddíl práce, ve kterém se ukazují členění nákladů a jejich využití na jednotlivých manažerských úkonech a dalších zajímavých situacích, které v podniku mohou nastat. Členění nákladů je pro podnik velmi důležité a podnik, který si s touto problematikou dobře poradí může mít značnou výhodu před jinými podniky, neboť mu správné pochopení jeho podniků může pomoct získat jistou výhodu v rámci například konkurence. Proto je v této části práce nastíněn ideální způsob členění nákladů dle názoru autora v jednotlivých situacích.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the characteristics of managerial and financial accounting. Furthermore, we discuss the major differences between these two concepts. These differences relate for example to the different views of the internal and external user. Next issue which the work discusses is the role of costs in managerial and financial accounting. There is a large section devoted to the characteristics of costs in individual views and also shows the interweaving and individual examples of costs. The mentioned parts are followed by a section which shows the breakdown of costs and their use in individual managerial tasks and other interesting situations that may occur in the company. Breakdown of costs is very important for a company, and a company that handles this issue well can have a significant advantage over other companies, as a proper understanding of its companies can help it gain a certain advantage in competition, for example. Therefore, this part of the thesis outlines the ideal way of dividing costs according to the author in the individual situations.
