Comparison of motor test results of a given age category of football players in regards to a training cycle
Abstract:
Práce informuje o porovnání výsledků motorických testů vybrané věkové skupiny fotbalistů v závislosti na tréninkovém cyklu. Důležitou součástí práce jsou teoretické poznatky z oblasti fotbalu, ontogeneze a motorických testů. Konkrétní výsledky měření popisujeme v závěru a stanovujeme doporučení pro danou věkovou skupinu.
Abstract:
The theme of this work is Comparison of motor test results of a given age category of football players in regards to a training cycle. Theoretical information on the issue of football, ontogeny and motor tests are very important for this thesis. Specific measurement results are described and the recommendations for this age group are defined in the conclusion.
