Women in the power of alcohol

Abstract:

Anotace Obsahem bakalářské práce budou publicistické texty rozličných žánrů, které budou reflektovat abúzus alkoholu u žen. Autorka bude vycházet především ze zkušeností a osudů konkrétních žen, které se klinicky léčily z alkoholové závislosti a nyní postupují doléčovací terapii v chráněném bydlení v Brně. Pohled na problematiku zvenčí zprostředkuje psycholog, který se závislosti na alkoholu dlouhodobě zabývá. Alkoholismus u žen bude vymezen jako unikátní fenomén vůči alkoholismu obecně. Specifika nadměrné konzumace, ústavní léčby a doléčovací péče budou vysvětlena v biologicko-psychickém a sociálně-kulturním kontextu. Některá fakta budou doložena validními statistickými údaji. Publicistická práce bude určena pro magazín Mladé fronty Dnes Ona Dnes. Autorka dále v práci specifikuje základní konstitutivní charakteristiky použitých publicistických žánrů a za využití adekvátních metod zjistí a popíše také přístup k tématu i vybraným žánrům ve vybraném cílovém médiu. Zjištěné postupy a pravidla bude respektovat při vlastním tvůrčím postupu.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis will deal with publicist texts of various genres which reflect the issue of alcohol abuse at women. The author will mostly use experience and life stories of actual women who were clinically treated for alcoholism and have now been undergoing an after-treatment in a protected household in Brno. The objective insight into the problem will be provided by a psychologist who has been dealing with alcohol addiction in the long term. Alcoholism at women will be defined as a unique phenomenon in contrast with alcoholism in general. Specifications of excessive consumption, hospital treatment and after-treatment will be explained in biological-psychological and social-cultural context. Some facts will be supported by valid statistic data. The publicist work will be intended for Mladá fronta Dnes magazine Ona Dnes. In the thesis the author also specifies basic constitutive characteristics of the publicist genres used and with the use of adequate methods she will elicit and describe the attitude to the topic and genres in target media. She will follow the findings in procedures and rules during her own creative procedure.
