Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je charakteristika ekologického zemědělství. V jednotlivých kapitolách práce je popsáno ekologické zemědělství, jeho vznik a důvody vzniku, jaké jsou jeho hlavní principy a cíle. Je zde uvedena také legislativa týkající se ekologického zemědělství v České republice a v Evropské unii. The main subject of the thesis is a characteristic of organic farming. There is a description of organic farming, reasons for the beginning, its main principles and aims in the several chapters of the thesis.
