Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá významnými instituty práva duševního vlastnictví - ochrannými známkami, zeměpisnými označeními a označeními původu. Tyto instituty a jejich mezinárodní právní úprava jsou nejprve stručně popsány. Následně se práce soustředí na jejich aplikaci v soudních sporech mezi společnostmi Budějovický Budvar a Anheuser-Busch.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the significant institutes of the intellectual property law - trademarks, geographical indications and appelations of origin. These institutes and the relevant international legislation are briefly described. The main part of the thesis is focused on their application with regard to the case Budějovický Budvar v. Anheuser-Busch.
