Tato práce se zabývá reformními návrhy týkajícími se předsednictví Rady, konkrétně návrhy ze 70. let 20. stol., a jejich reflexí v návrzích tzv. "Smlouvy o Ústavě pro Evropu"
Abstract:
This text analyzes reforms on the EU Council Presidency presented in 1970s, and their reflexions in the so called European constitution.
