Receivables management

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je věnována managementu pohledávek především z jejich právního pohledu, zajištění a vymáhání. První kapitoly jsou věnovány zejména vzniku pohledávek, různým pohledům na ně, především pohledu právnímu, daňovému a účetnímu. Jako další je popsána a rozebrána bonifikace pohledávek, která je klíčová při jejich řízení. Dále se práce zabývá důležitým tématem promlčení pohledávek, které hraje při řízení pohledávek, především pohledávek po datu jejich splatnosti, velmi důležitou roli a může být dále ovlivněno i zajištěním daných pohledávek. Na téma zajištění pohledávek navazuje téma zabývající se možnostmi vymáhání pohledávek včetně nákladů spojených s tímto vymáháním. Závěr práce je věnován nejběžnějším typům pohledávek co do jejich vzniku a možností jejich financování před dobou splatnosti, ale i po ní.

Abstract:

This thesis is dedicated to the receivables management, primarily from the legal perspective and ensures enforcement. The first chapters are devoted mainly to the origin of claims to different perspectives on them, especially the perspective of legal, tax and accounting. As further is described and analyzed claim compensation which is key to their management. The thesis deals with the important issue of limitation of claims, which plays in the receivables management, especially claims after their due date, a very important role and may be further influenced by the ensure of the claims. The topic continues with the possibilities of recovery, including costs associated with this recovery. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to the most common types of claims as to their origin and their financing options before maturity, but also after it.
