Cílem práce je vytvořit portrét doposud literárně opomíjeného hudebního režiséra a skladatele Jaroslava Rybáře. Ten zahrnuje jeho životopis včetně skladatelské činnosti a přehled jeho hudebně režijní práce, především v Supraphonu. The aim of the thesis is to create a portrait of the hitherto literary neglected music director and composer Jaroslav Rybář. This includes his biography, including his work as a composer, and an overview of his music and directing work, especially at Supraphon.
