Personnel marketing in selected company

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast personálního marketingu ve společnosti Otavské strojírny a.s. se sídlem v Horažďovicích v Plzeňském kraji. Cílem práce je zhodnotit personální marketing ve zvolené společnosti a následně stanovit doporučení pro oblast interního personálního marketingu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje úvodu k danému tématu, tedy definici personálního marketingu, který se dále člení podle personálních činností na interní a externí personální marketing. Praktická část obsahuje pět oblastí. První oblast je zaměřena na analýzu trhu práce v Plzeňském kraji. Následuje kapitola, ve které je představena vybraná společnost Otavské strojírny, včetně popisu stávajícího stavu lidských zdrojů. Následně jsou prostřednictvím rozhovorů a interních materiálů analyzovány činnosti v oblasti jak externího, tak interního personálního marketingu. Hlavní část práce se zabývá analýzou interního personálního marketingu ve společnosti, jejíž součástí je zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s jednotlivými oblastmi interního personálního marketingu pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V poslední kapitole jsou na základě předchozích kapitol navržena doporučení zaměřená na zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků a problémů v oblasti interního personálního marketingu ve vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis is focused on the area of personnel marketing in the company Otavské strojírny a.s. located in Horažďovice in the Pilsen region. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate personnel marketing in the selected company and to provide recommendations for the area of internal personnel marketing. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the introduction to the topic, ie the definition of personnel marketing, which is further divided according to personnel activities into internal and external personnel marketing. The practical part contains five areas. The first area is focused on the analysis of the labor market in the Pilsen region. In the following chapter Otavské strojírny company is introduced, including a description of the current state of their human resources. Subsequently, activities in the field of both external and internal personnel marketing are analyzed through interviews and internal materials. The main part of the thesis deals with the analysis of internal personnel marketing in the company, which includes finding out the satisfaction of employees with individual areas of internal personnel marketing using a questionnaire survey. In the last chapter there are recommendations based on previous chapters that are focused on improving identified shortcommings and problems in the field of internal personnel marketing in the selected company.
