Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnovala analýze difuzního tenzorového zobrazení (DTI) magnetickou rezonancí. Byly vyhodnoceny obrazy 16 dětských pacientů po akutní lymfoblastické leukémii (ALL) či Non-Hodgkinově lymfomu (NHL), kteří byli léčeni chemoterapeuticky methotrexátem. Abstract:
In this diploma thesis we studied analysis of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) by magnetic rezonance. Images of 16 children patients after acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) have been evaluated, both treated by a chemotherapeutical drug called methotrexate.
