Diplomová práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zaměřuje se na roli zástupce ředitele v řízení mateřské školy. V teoretické části práce jsou sumarizovány poznatky o mateřské škole jako organizaci a jejím managementu, řízení a vedení školy. The master thesis is of a theoretical-empirical nature and focuses on the role of the deputy director in the management of the kindergarten. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the kindergarten as an organization and its management, and the management of the school.
