Children as a witness of criminal case
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku domácího násilí spojenou s trestnými činy páchaných na dětech. Specifika dětského věku. Zdůrazňuje nezbytnost znalosti uvedené věkové kategorie. Dále popisuje vlastní průběh výslechu a prostředí v němž probíhá. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé okruhy problematiky.
Abstract:
This Bachelor these is concerned with home violence in relation to crimes committed on children. Specifiky of infanty emphasising necessity of knowledge mentioned age category, followed by description of procedure and enviroment of questioning. Bachelor these is split in five parts, where are disassembly partikular issue and probléme
