Comparison of priniciples of sport support in non EU countries.

Abstract:

Problematice podpory sportovního prostředí není dlouhodobě věnována dostatečná pozornost v rámci tvorby a implementace vládních politik. O principech podpory sportu ve světě, ve srovnání s Evropskou unií, neexistuje v našem prostředí žadný ucelený dokument zkoumající a zabývající se touto problematikou. Cílem této práce je zmapovat a podat přehled o principech podpory sportu z veřejných rozpočtů v zemích mimo Evropskou unii a případně identifikovat příklady dobré praxe použitelné v podmínkách České republiky. Analýza a komparace zjištění byla provedena na vybraném vzorku zemí z celého světa.

Abstract:

The issue of supporting sport is not been given sufficient attention in the development and implementation of government policies. On the principle of supporting sport in the world, compared with the European Union, does not exist in our environment comprehensive document which is examining and dealing with this issue. This thesis aims to explore and present an overview of the principles of sport support from public budgets in non European Union countries and to identify examples of good practice applicable in the Czech Republic. Analysis and comparison of findings was conducted on a sample of countries from around the world.
