Předmětem bakalářské práce je audit účetní závěrky a audit finanční situace podniku. Věnuje se vymezení podstaty a významu auditu, jeho právní úpravě, jsou zde popsány jednotlivé fáze auditu účetní závěrky a charakterizovány základní skupiny poměrových ukazatelů, které lze využít k auditu finační situace. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the accounting audit and auditing of a financial situation. The work is focused on explanation the principle and importance of the audit, legal regulations, the process of auditing and basic groups of financial ratios which can be used to auditing of a financial situation.
