Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Trvalý pobyt“ analyzuje a popisuje právní úpravu evidence obyvatel v České republice a ve státech EU. Zabývá se správním řízením ve věci zrušení trvalého pobytu. Formou průzkumu ve městech okresu Vyškov za období 2010-2017 sleduje reálnou situaci obyvatel hlášených na ohlašovnách úřadů a trend vývoje za toto období.

Abstract:

The bachelor work on "Permanent Stay" analyzes and describes the legal regulation of the population records in the Czech Republic and in EU countries. It deals with administrative proceedings concerning the cancellation of permanent residence. The form of the survey in the towns of Vyškov district for the period 2010-2017 monitors the real situation of the inhabitants reported to the reporting offices and the development trend for this period.
