Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou digitální agendy města Kao-suing v konceptech Smart Cities. Nejprve jsou vymezeny samotné pojmy Smart Cities a digitální agenda, a to z řady pohle-dů, čímž je poskytnut ucelený vhled do problematiky. This diploma thesis aims to analyze Kaohsiung's digital agenda in Smart Cities concept. The terms - Smart Cities and Digital Agenda - are defined from different points of view so the reader can gain a komplex insight of these issues.
