Bakalářská práce se zabývá, jak již vyplývá z jejího názvu, majetkovými trestnými činy a to konkrétně krádeží a zpronevěrou. Hlavním cílem práce je důkladně rozebrat a popsat oba trestné činy a také upozornit na rozdílnosti mezi nimi. Podstatnou část práce tvoří i judikatura, která je relevantní k danému tématu. The bachelor thesis deals with property crimes, specifically with theft and embezzlement/misappropriation. The main goal is to thoroughly analyze and describe both criminal offences and also highlight the differences between them.
