Cílem této práce je shrnout aktuální a nadcházející změny v designu leniency programu, které souvisí s náhradou škody poškozeným subjektům z pohledu soukromého práva. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the current and upcoming changes in the design of the leniency program; those changes are related with damages provided to the subject injured from the point of view of the civil law.
