Abstract:
Cílem této práce je návrh vhodných opatření pro zlepšení způsobů řešení zkoumaných problémů v praxi výrobního podniku. Aby zaměstnanci podávali maximální výkon, je nezbytné, aby se neustále vzdělávali, byli motivováni a odměňováni dle svých výkonů a ke spokojenosti obou stran.
