Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá redukcí hmotnosti u sportovců v judu. Cílem práce je zjistit průběh redukce hmotnosti ke splněná limitu váhové kategorie na soutěž. Dále se zabývá dílčími cíli, které se zaměřují na možné důsledky samotného procesu redukce, co se týče psychické stránky sportovce a také nás zajímalo, jaké metody sportovci využívají k tomu, aby dosáhli požadované hmotnosti. V teoretické části práce je popsán samotný sport judo a jeho historie, pravidla a rozdělení do váhových kategorií. Dále se zabývá redukcí tělesné hmotnosti a jejími metodami. Důležitou součástí této kapitoly jsou i výživové doplňky, které redukci podporují. Výzkumná část byla provedena dotazníkovým šetřením, které bylo rozesláno mezi judisty po celé České republice. Respondenti mají zkušenosti s redukcí hmotnosti. Mezi dotazovanými se vyskytovali i členové reprezentačního týmu. Výsledky byly zpracovány do grafů a následně rozebrány v diskuzi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with weight reduction in judo athletes. The aim of the thesis is to determine the course of weight reduction to reach the weight category limit for competition. Furthermore, it deals with the sub-objectives that focus on the possible consequences of the reduction process itself in terms of the psychological aspect of the athlete and we are also interested in what methods athletes use to achieve the required weight. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the sport of judo itself and its history, rules and weight categories. It also deals with weight reduction and its methods. An important part of this chapter is the nutritional supplements that support the reduction. The research part was carried out by a questionnaire survey that was distributed to judoka across the Czech Republic. The respondents have experience in weight reduction. The respondents included members of the national team. The results were compiled into graphs and then discussed.
