Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá měřením výkonnosti podniků s akcentem na nefinanční ukazatele. Tuto problematiku v prvních dvou kapitolách nejdříve přibližuji teoreticky. Ve třetí až páté kapitole aplikuji získané poznatky na společnost Nakladatelství a knihkupectví Hněvín, s.r.o., kde díky nim zavádím systém Balanced Scorecard s využitím nefinančních ukazatelů, což je cílem mé práce. This bachelor thesis deals with measuring the performance of firms with the emphasis on non-financial indicators. These issues are dealt with in theory in the first two chapters.
