Cílem této práce bude pomocí neoformalistické analýzy vysvětlit, na kolik je film pozměněn proti literární předloze, a jak se tyto změny v narativu projevují na filmovém stylu. Přestože filmovou sérii řadíme mezi fantasy, tento díl paralelně využívá nastolení detektivní zápletky, konkrétně v podobě hledání sériového vraha Siriuse Blacka. Abstract:
This analysis is focused on movie Harry Potter and the Prisoned of Azkaban. It uses as its methodological basis the Kristin Thomson’s book Breaking the Glass Armor. Neoformalist Film Analysis and David Bordwell’s book Narration in the Fiction Film.
